We appointed Concept Heating as our main gas heating contractor for Watford Grammar School for Boys over ten years ago and it was one of the best decision we have ever made. Their knowledge and skill is second to none and they have been excellent in maintaining our heating systems and, more recently, our air conditioning and Air Source Heat Pumps. The school came into contact with Concept Heating through a CIF bid and from the pre start meeting I knew we had a great contractor. One thing that stood out was their communication, informing us of how and when things were going to happen and always letting us know of any changes.
